As I said the chaska Meter counts votes one per 24 hrs. That is one can vote 100 times a day but it will count as only one vote. So it is based on number of member votes. Now no need to hit chaska meter every time you visit just hit 5 stars once a day. AND DONT FORGET... It is also confirmed by MOD shruthi too...
