Thanks for the tip but photoshop appears separately for me, not under Adobe folder... so..

oh okay well another suggestion after you upload all your brushes go to edit>> present manger>> press ctrl + A to select all and save all your brushes into your folder, i usually do that since i lost my brushes like 2 times

Sorry .. i don't know how to do it on video avis. I know how to do it on a sigg though. [ posted below ]

Uhmm.. Okay .. I have PSP 8, and I think this is how you do it on all versions. There might be an easier way but this is the only way I found to do a border.

^ Remember the second background should be transparent.
