select all the frames of your animation by pressing ctrl+a then go on top

animation>frame properties or simply press alt+enter

a box will open there you increase the no.

remeber greater the no. your animation would be slow

less the no. your animation would be fast

then press ok!try the no.(time) which suits your anim the best.

for adding text open a transparent anim there write your text selecting text botton with sign A on top...

after writing the text duplicate the frame of that transparent anim as many time as you have in your animation(for this goto edit>duplicate selected)...then press ctrl+a and copy(ctrl+c)

come back to your selected anim rt click and paste>paste into selected frame...position the text in your anim!

note: this can be done directly without opening a transp anim but it'll be done only in one frame.

You have to use Image Packs, and you make custom brushes outta em, or something like that ..
