nope maddz unfortunantly that's not aviodable...u just have to make sure that u use good quality pics that are sharp when u make ur siggy...and try not to add too have too many frames cuz that makes the file size too big and then animation shop tries to reduce it by making the quality crapy....u can also try to set the bar in the optimizer to the top or the middle and see wht happens.

there arent any sites dedicated to just backgournds....u can look for some on google....
