for the font u can just go to My computer>>C drive>>Windows>>Fonts and then jst drag ur font in there...

p.s. the word for control panal is: commandez le panal

look on ur keyboard....there should be a button that says Prt Scrn (or something similar) in the top right hand corner....press that and then go to a program like psp/ps/paint and click paste. Your screen shot should be there.
