Open PSP

File-New-(select the same dimensions)

Click on ur actual pic and "copy"

then go to the new pic n then right click-paste as new selection

click the magic wand n click on the white background

u'll see floating lines

then click Delete

and if u dont mind,can u tell me which effect u have on ur sagar pic n how do we get diffterent types of effects on pics😳

i dont still get it
and as for the sagar pic effect
-first i duplicated the layer
-then filled in gussain blur(5)
and then choosed hard light

and yeh there are many ways to get effects
u can fill up colors and gussain blur and then just set the effect u want

when u are opening a few file,let it be a tranparent one with the same dimensions😊
