select ur selection tool>>Rounded Rectangle(u gotta make da rectangle on da sig)

then choose ur flood fill tool...and fill the circle with color..

then selections>>Modify>>Contract(3)

then choose ur pic...and copy..and then go bac to ur sig circle..and rite clik and "paste into da selsection"
