Open and save it again.. but because you already changed it to a .gif you can't get back the colors that have been changed😳

since you wanted a clearer tut i made one for you..😳 and this tut is for psp, i dunno if it works for ps

i am gonna use this pic for an example:

FIRST STEP: Click the slectin tool in psp

SECOND STEP: Choose circle for selecting type as a option at the top

THIRD STEP: Select the part you want and then cut it

FOURTH STEP: Now paste it as a new image

FIFTH STEP: Now that you have the circle part that you want, resize the circle to how small or how big you want it to be.

ADDING A BORDER TO YOUR CIRCLED IMAGE

SIXTH STEP: You have your circled pic at the size you want, now press the buttons "CTRL" + "A" and then pres "CTRL" + "F" that will make you select the circle.

SEVENTH STEP: Add some borders to the image so you have some space to make the borders for the circle. Add atleast 5.

EIGHTH STEP: (if you want a color other than white for your border your going to have cut the image, then fill the whole image with that color, then paste your circled image there again) Now to add the border go to *Selections* then go to *Modify* then go to *Expand*

NINTH STEP: Now a screen will pop up and you have to fill what size of borders you want. Now you can fill how big or small of borders you want, but try to stay with in the numbers of borders you gave to your image.

This is the most detailed tut i have ever made, if your using psp for the first tim it will really help you out😳

I think it has 15 day trial period or sumthing.. but once u passed the trail period you can change the date back to the day you installed and open again..

you can go online and search for "video converters" and alot of them will come up...so incase 1 doesn't work u can try another one😊

dotted lines? it might be a brush...you can make it youself if you want...
