ok i am going to use this sig i made

and i am going to us this texture

just copy and paste as a new layer on the sig

then duplicate the base layer [ the sig] and drag to the tops of the layer pallete and set it to spftlight

end result

there's a tut for blinking hearts on page 1. Look online for different borders for psp....i don't think i've used any so i dunno where they can be found.
