what does this mean when i duplicated n right clicked the layer it did not say desaturate so wht do i do?

in psp i don't think there is a desaturate button...to do it you have to go to Image>>Grayscale then go to Image>>Increase Color Depth>>16 million colors.

hey guys i have a problem...i downlaoded some plugins...n when i pen it in psp9 it says"jasc psp was unable 2 load the request plug-in filter.the plug-in may not b installed properly or missing files"
but i installed them properly...i winzizped them 2
