who uses psp 7 here? can u help me? im trying to make blends. meaning combining pics and none of the tutorials work for me. so far i am only able to add a glitter border and add text to my image. and can someone tell me how i can add circles or flowers or moving sparkles to my sigs? Thank you soooo much!
