don't open winzip...go to your brush folder and find your brush>>rite click>>click extract here...it should extract by itself after that.

If u have installed winzip already.
Then just double click the PSP9 zip file
Winzip should open
Click Extract which is in the winzip top line.
Select a directory in which u want to unzip PSP9 files
Once the files are extracted
Goto the directory u extracted them in
There u will see PSP9 files, and you can install PSP9.
