i downloaded the Blaze media pro vdo converter,it ws in winzip format,i unzipped it,but still its nt opening,it dusnt even show any error n stuff but dusnt work..can sum1 help me with this plz???

you have to unzip them in the brushes folder. Check page one.

After that you can just go to brushes>>custom brush>>and pick the brush and stamp them on your siggy.

i think there's a tut in the Post all Your Tutorials Here topic. But the general idea is to use the free hand selection tool and select around the eyes and go to Adjust>>Hue and Saturation>>Colorize....then play around with the options to get the color you want.
