U can use these brushes in PSP9, as they are made for PSP9. If u want to use them in PSP7 as u mentioned "jbr" thats the brush file for PSP7, then u need to make the brushes thru the imagepack given in the file named "stamp1.jpg"

I have made a tuturial for making brushes in PSP7 using imagepacks u can see it here:

and then u'll get these brushes to use in PSP7.
