its a zip file u download tht n thn go wherever u saved tht rite clik n clik on extract all.. go through tht process n it shud extract it for u n ull have a .jbr file

deviantart.com n type in psp brushes or on the left hand side ull see categoriesc clik on resources n then paint shop pro brushes ull find a lot there

U can use these brushes in PSP9, as they are made for PSP9. If u want to use them in PSP7 as u mentioned "jbr" thats the brush file for PSP7, then u need to make the brushes thru the imagepack given in the file named "stamp1.jpg"

I have made a tuturial for making brushes in PSP7 using imagepacks u can see it here:

and then u'll get these brushes to use in PSP7.
