i think the sig is jus using a texture 😛

heres is a tutorial i made on masking
this is great for beginngers

get a masking pic

then u take the other pic that u want

copy that pic and paste as a new layer ontop of the masking pic and set to screen

these tuts helped me alot.. bt i still got a ques. how do u put flashing heart and da sparkles in a siggy lyk da one below>
