how to add hyperlinks also!! I hope I am not disturbing anyone! Because I am new in IF! So I do not know!😕

Well use the button which looks like a globe. (Insert Hyperlink option)

First copy the link which u want to hyperlink.

Then when u make a post.. just select that button and paste it beside address and then select okay. Here I did it
