Open ur image... Go to effects n then blur it...then go do layers n duplicate it 2 times..again chk layer n click properties then change the blend mode to softlight...There are many other options like how u want ur blend mode...U can try usinf colour as a blend mode after using soft light..I keep on selecting every option untill I get wht I want...I hope I helped this time..

i have psp7 how do i get the tubes on psp 7 i extracted them in to my psp 7 tubes folder and when i open psp and i go on the tube they r not there anybody help wut do i do?????????? 😭

are the tubes of the rite version? you might have to open them in psp and file>>export>>tube
