3rd step:

go to custom and

choose dat circle brush and apply it on ur siggy.

then open ur pic on psp

then choose the magic wand tool and choose the inside part of the circle...

now copy ur picture by right click

then open up ur sig and pste that picture in dat circle

procedure to paste:

Right click and choose paste inside the selection!

thnx so much ..i wnted to kno how to do that ..the other tut is confusin cuz i dont hav the new powerpoint!

but im findin difficulty on step 3!!! because i go on the paint brush ...but wer do i right click on ...n i cant even find tool options or the fat circle brush!!
