hey, how do you make a normal picture like this( like you know its very dark like the hair part is dark than other not the blurry part like ash and abhishek's face is very shiney and hair and opther really black shiney, like the whole effect to the siggy? that part. i use psp 9.please help me

Hi,

Just duplicate the layer twice

Then go to adjust-then brightness and contrast then choose the last one

Then go to blur then gaussian bur then choose 15 percent

And then go to layers then properties then change the layer to anyone which you like ...........😳
