After making and flatten the img

duplicate it

and make duplicate one softlight or is uwant bright then make it screen

Click on original one and if needed then reduce the noise and then use gaussian blur

Then sharpen the duplicate two times

u will get it

The same process I suggested above but sharpening is one time and play around with the brightness

Put it between duplicate and original layer

Try and see
