Then open PS 'as administrator' and put that as administrator opened ps in your menu/start... if you open it as administrator it should work.. or else if not, then delete the extracted PS and extract it again and open as administrator. and if that still doesn't work my last option is, let your pc find some updates... maybe your pc needs updated.😳

Don't forget, these are just similar once.. and the person who have done these edits could have used many textures to let them look like that.. so try out something with these textures. :)
