PS is a tricky place to make gifs to be honest. When Im using a shape crop, it leaves a white border as well. Usually I don keep the BG transparent. I add the IF grey color to BG. Btw you can go to layer>new fill layer>solid color(#f5f5f5). Set this layer at the bottom of all your layers(this becomes your BG instead of transparent BG). This will make it look transparent on IF.

My edit : It has a colored background though it doesnt show since its IF BG color.

That's where the prob arise.

She meant to save the document as Photoshop Document (PSD) and upload it somewhere where she can download and see...

@Naz - I didnt use any separate texture. I added a solid white color layer and changed opacity to lighten and decrease opacity. and then apply a layer mask and erase away the parts thats covering the face. The one that enhanced the beauty was coloring, sharpening and HQ quality of video source. I used this . You have to adjust the layers according to your edit. Works on bright videos(with loads of red/yellow)

I merged the layers when I was making it, so I doubt you will b able to find anything here. but anyways, its the psd file : https://www.mediafire.com/?euyb19yj0iuyss8

I took a brush ( the flower) and applied it 2-3 times, wrote the text, added noise. then duplicated the two layers and added a different level of noise to make the gif.

@CRJ - Pretty much the reason why u cant go back to edit. I don merge or flatten until im sure of. 😭
