you have to extract it with WinRAR and after that right click on the ps icon click to *open as administrator*

Guys how do we cut the pictures so perfectly? I Use the Magnetic Lasso but it comes very vague. How did Sano cut and get the glowish effect outside pics? Thanks :)

Use quick selection tool and after selection click on "refine edges" to adjust the smoothness,feather etc..

hi guys in order to reduce noise in gifs what am ,I supposed to do becz while converting into filters it asks us to conversion into smart object and all what can ,I do pls guide me na

Add all the layers into group.. then go to FILTERS ---> Convert to Smart Filter.

To reduce noise... copy the Layer which is one layer now.. and duplicate it. Go to Image ---> Noise ---> Reduce Noise
