Yes. By merging GIF's you need to use brush tool to erase.

But brush is used for painting na? 😕 I try to use Brush and it colors the pic

What have you tried? I mean show me a Screenshot.

IMPORTANT:

Always do check. if the foreground color is black and the background color is white. And if it's so, then it must work.

@Naz di still for merging gifs,we need layer mask and then brush..I think you skipped the mask part so she was unable to understand...😳
