Can anyone please tell me what are tags with example? Do it have a size limit or they should be look like graphic always??

I'm not sure about what fonts she used. That cursive one is probably Georgia with space increased between each alphabet. The other is probably Arial, Times New Roman or something.

http://i.imgur.com/LzQJ3wF.png - This is a tag. You can say, its a kind of a banner or header. They don't necessarily have a size limit as such and neither do they need to look like a graphic always. It all depends on your subject, ideas and creativity. I don't know how to make tags, so, may be you could ask someone who knows.
