Can anyone tell me how to apply actions on GIF and how to save the gif after that?

It's easy. But for that you will have to need the Timeline option on PS. Create a new Group and add all the Layers to the group. Then change it to timeline and then click to the group and make it Convert to Smart Filter. After that go to Window and click to Action. Then load the action you have saved and then click to the action if it's added in a group then select to open the group and then click to the action. Then click to the button PLAY. Then PS will automatically add the action for you.. then only thing you have to do is Save for Web & Devices. Click to SAVE :)

I know this wasn't much detailed. Just tell me which part you didn't understand and I will explain you, no problem :)

from this Site and don't worry... it's for free.. I have always downloaded this one whenever I needed. It's german.. just click to downlod then you will have to wait few seconds and then click to blue button.. you download will start. Then install it on your computer. After is have been installed, go to the Photoshop you have downloaded. Right click on it. Then you will get few options from that programme. Click to Extract here... if a window opens click to ok.. then there will come the Folder which has everything needed for photoshop. Open the folder and scroll down.. you will find the photoshop. Click to it and wolaaa... it opens :D You dont even have to install it. Hopefully you understood now. If you have any more queries just ask:)
