When you have Action window open, there is that options button with three lines and a down arrow.. Click it.. you will see an action called load action..

click it.. a dialogue box will open, go the the folder where you have saved the action and click the action..

IT will get loaded..

And when you have to apply it to some pic, click the pic in layer panel, then go to action window, select the action and click the play button!😊

Can you tell me step by step after loading the action?

Like I wanna apply it to a gif. How do I do that?

[if the action you wanna use includes Topaz then this one won't work.]

Add the layers to a group. Change it to timeline, then convert the group to a smart filter.
now use the action on it and see if it works or not. Most of the actions includes topaz or some other stuffs which wont work for gif's.If that is the case, you should use the action for every layer & frame only.

hmm.. I didnt try this one.. but add the layers to a group and then try to use the action. Maybe it still works without using timeline and making it smart filter..😕

But Naz when I give change to smart filter the whole image gets into a same layer / frame and I couldnt retrieve it back😒. Anyhow I'll try this now😉

I said change it to timeline before making it to smart filter
