1.Open the picture that u want to use..If the picture doesn't have transparent background..then erase the background

2. Duplicate the picture 3 times by going to Image >Duplicate

3. Now go to the first pic > Filter > Add Noise > Fill in amount as u want

i used the following setting..it depends on u

Amount- 2

Distribution - Gaussian

Check Monochromatic for all the 3 pictures

4. Second Picture

Amount- 4

Distribution - Gaussian

5. Third Picture

Amount- 6

Distribution - Gaussian

6. Now copy the third frame and paste it after second frame

7. Now copy both the second and third frame and paste it after first frame

8.Set frame delay

9. Save gif by going to File > Save for web & devices

the white thing that below Scribbled???? ..might be because of Shadow / glow...if u have added try to remove / erase them ...this is awesome ... and see now its looking fab in white Background 👏

Is there any way to make gifs without downloading the video?for ex , selectng the video by providing online link!?
