And can we add more effects in filters ???

Use smart sharpen
Then duplicate your layer
Put it in screen mode
Then apply gussian blur and decrease the fill and opacity percentage and you eill get a lovely effect

On ps cs6 extended I want to blend two pics together so i wanna use eraser brush tool but for some odd reason the brush is that annoying plus shape with those dashes you know what I mean yeah and I want it to be round how do I make it round? Help

First of all the round brushes are basic ones so you should have them try to scroll the pannel they are at the top.
Second if you dont have them then download then
Search for soft brushes and you will find many
Then once you have the file
Go to your ps
Open the brush panel
Click in the little arrow/button on the top right corner
Select load action
A window will appear asking u to select the file
Select the file tha u have downloaded
And press okay
You will get back your brushes

P.s the brush file should be in the PS extension if it is in zip or rar extract it
Otherwise you will be not able to see if when then window will ask you to select it
