For all those who need anything related to icons, from inspirations to tutorials to techniques, ive found a few links here, and they're super amazing! This is my go-to place if i wanna learn anything related to complex icons or even simple techniques for that matter.
The event is called 'Ask the Maker' and is organized by icon_talk on livejournal where all the icon makers come up and share their tutorials and techniques. Also many creators even post their fav. textures/fonts here.Here are links to the masterlist of all the 'Ask The Maker' events held till date. Just click on the images/links to view the tutorials.
