I tried two of my PSDs on this pic , n both of them looked good .

Both of these PSDs are for night scenes of Indian shows , which are dark and have lots of blue.

If anyone up for making a real tough PSD just check last few pages of questions query post. There's a gif scene was shot in disco loads of red and there's a yellow light that keeps coming😆 go do something about it.

Add brightness, curves or levels if need be. Adjust the layers accordingly. Best for pictures with lots of blue and red and less of greens.

Links 1,2 and 4 : Write your text (in white color or desired color) and set it to 'soft light' mode. Duplicate the layer again to make it more visible. Do it as many as times you need to duplicate to achieve that kind of transparency+blended into signature look as in the links.

Link 3 : Take a new layer, draw a rectangle, fill it with desired color. Then use the motion blur filter, how much you'd like to blur is upto you. In this case, there are two colors, so you need to repeat these steps once more with a new color and then finally place the text over them.
