Duplicate the layer, motion blue it and erase the parts where there are faces. There is also another effect, which shows some shadow of the face like in the first two pic. I think it's obtained bu duplicating the layer, fading it, moving it a little and erasing. I hope you are asking about this! 😊

Can someone tell me which software should you have so that you can download videos from startv.in?

Cos I can't download it, and one of my fav scenes is removed frm Youtube, dailymotion, etc/

madhu you know this query was asked in vm help desk too i have been trying long from morning but nothing working

one thing can be done if we get nice screen recorder that record hd video

and not deteriorate its quality in future

Salooni..but software doesnt download star tv videos yaar..
srsly..same..lol.
hope we get an ans.

U can use any texture salooni. Try on tumblr or devianrt.
There r two textures used above..one is bokeh..its too common.
Try paisley textures too.
