Once I've made a few gifs on PS...how do I bring them altogether like open all the gifs in PS to make a signature???

Is it like how I get pictures on there?

Won't there be like loads on my timeline and if I want animated text on the gif signature then????? 😕

I've seen people make stuff like

There's a frame with boxes in and it's got gifs inside them...and then they add text and all i just want to first of all know how to get gifs on a doc and how do I get a frame of square boxes to put those gifs in on PS??
