hema malini siggie- the text should be in black and then change the settings to overlay

But may be a brush is used

So i was trying to lean this effect and i think it come out really well

when you have done your siggy, with the siggy layer selected go in filters almost at the end there is Topaz Label, when you will go on it with the mouse it will show you an option click on it, after few seconds topaz gets open and you can try to add some effects. I like the crips, skineven or degrunge effects they make the pics look better 😃 once you are done with one effect ckick on okay.

Topaz was used on this pic and than in the color setting i think the magenta color was put as the dominat color.

litte motion/guassian blur on the sides and a light texture

font name learning curves

once you have written your text in white, duplictate the layer and apply on the duplicated layer motion blur and once done move it under the text latyer, now you can change the color of your text
