You can increase the brightness, contrast, use curves and levels etc for the glowing look. For the soft part, you can try surface blur (some people use topaz too, if surface blur doesnt work for u that is :P) and u can increase the time delay a bit..try n see what looks best on ur avi, start with something like 0.1 sec or lesser.

What is texture ? I mean i knw its a background...
But how to use it in editing photos... I've downloaded many but i dnt knw how to use them 😭

Textures can be used as backgrond or on top of your edits to give them special effects, like the boken textures.

To use them you just need to so this:

Open a texture, convert it in to a smart object, you can do this by clicking with the right button of the mouse on the texture layer.

Now just drag it over the edit in which you want to use it.

Once it is the edit document, you can move the texture layer up and down, on top of the pics if you want it to use it to give special effects to the edit or on bottom of you want to use it as a backgound for the edit.

I mean like we do with PSDs .. Textures r lil bit similar ! Is it ??
Nd i've downloaded many textures but they r zip filled... I've winzip too in my lappy ! So wht i've to do with tht winzip with texture zip file ????
N 1 more thing ! How we will convert it into smart object ??
