just open a transparent document

type ur text...

n create a new layer(transparent)..n merge ur text n the new layer...

n open ur gif which u want to put inside ur text

open ur animation window n duplicate ur text layer to the same no frames as of ur avi..

then select all frames of ur avi n copy frames

n then paste over ur text(select all frames-->paste frames (make sure to select paste over layers n click link added layers while doing it)

n then select all the layers u just pasted n right click -->select create clipping mask...u r done..
