there r different packs of topaz...I downloaded only this pack of topaz...

after installing it..open ur photoshop...Edit--> preference-->Plug-ins-->tick additional plug in folder-->browse ur topaz in C drive-->select 'plug in' in topaz folder-->press ok

Restart PS-->u can see topaz in ur filter option

to apply topaz in ur picz

open ur image in pS-->go to filter-->select topaz-->click it and adjust the settings..

(I always use crisp style...u can try different settings according to ur wish...)

after applying topaz u have to go to filter-->then smart sharpen ur pic...now ur pic is more clear...(smart sharpen is optional)

but if u want to apply topaz in gifs u can't apply it directly...u have to apply topaz to each frame there...it's a time consuming job...so u need to create actions there to make it more easier...

It depends what your setting is for your gifs when you save it, try sharpening your gifs, that helps alot. Less frames the better as well. Heavy coloring makes it more grainy also.
