after applying topaz u have to go to filter-->then smart sharpen ur pic...now ur pic is more clear...(smart sharpen is optional)

but if u want to apply topaz in gifs u can't apply it directly...u have to apply topaz to each frame there...it's a time consuming job...so u need to create actions there to make it more easier...

we can't directly apply topaz in gifs...hv to apply to each frame in gifs...so an action would be an easy method to apply topaz in gifs else it's very time consuming...so for the first time create an action...n aftr tht u can apply this action to ur gifs..n there is a tut in tumblr to create topaz actions for ur gifs...hope this one helps...

I got the pics in black/gray when i change them from normal mode to luminosity, and they became of this color.

But how to give that foggy foggy effect, don't say it's a texture

Once you combine the coloured pictures open a new layer then fill it with grey. make sure your coloured layers are blow the grey layer.

now in the layer tab there must be a tab called normal... click on the drop arrow besiade that and choose hue... you will see the pics will give you black and white effect.

now choose erase tool and choose a soft brush size 100 maybe. and start deleting the the grey layer on those areas you want to make it colour.

it usually happen in cs6 i switch to cs5

Remember Kmplayer is a safe software so download that and it's recommended to keep

the frames to extract

at 2 every frame but it really depends on the scene of the gif. Also when done capping the scene go to photoshop, file>>script>>load multiple dicom files>>find the folder in which you have saved the caps and you can follow the tutorial for more info on what to do next!
