oh and just select the heart whn you create your brush not the hole image!

hi..how do u add moving glitter to a siggy?? and how do add moving images on a siggy?? im using paint shop pro....

and also how do u make siggys like this: i mean add a backround image and thn alls the faded sprkles and the faded backrounds?? wht program do u use??

you can add glitter like this:

To make something "fade" go to your layers pallete and decrease the opacity...it's that bar next to all your layers in the layer pallete... just move it the left to decrease the opacity.

why do you want to use other PSPs? i mean those work just fine...if it's bcuz your trial has expired then try using Photo Shop...it works similarly.
