And you cannot upload a stacked avi in imageready till the time it is not in the PSD format.

In some icons, two avis are layed on top of eachotther.. and the second avi is set on overlay and the opacity is adjusted! I think :)
Or, it could be that two seperate avis are used in one icon! you just need two avis of the same amount of frames! :) and just lay them out as you please on the canvas :)
I think Soni, Im not entirely sure :) and for the first ArShi icon, i think the font part is a texture which is just layed ontop of the avi :)
