Hey😊

To make a picture blur: Filter>>Blur>>Blur and make the adjustments!

And you cannot upload a stacked avi in imageready till the time it is not in the PSD format.

For these type of effects, either you can use a gradient layer with black and white colour and adjust it to either screen or whatever suits you. Or you can also use a gray layer in the same manner. Other than that, selective colouring can help.
