For Opening Avi

Before opening an avi. You'll first have to convert you .mp4 format to .avi format. For that you will have to download MPEGStreamClip. Convert it.
Open up photoshop.
File>Import video frames to layers, go to the place where the avi has been saved. (mostly in Videos if you're using a Windows 7).
That's all!

^^By changing the text size to smallest digit.. I guess 6 in PS but if you wqnt even smaller than this than type your own number there.. :)
