This is how we do it.

Make a complete sig..

now open which even texture you want..

bring the texture to your sig by dragging it

see the blend mode? there you can find lighten, screen and all.. this texture looks good in lighten so i am using this but you can chose screen too.

see it is like this now.. you can leave it this way too... but i find it little dark now so I'll edit out a few parts

I chose eraser and kept the setting as above.. and rub few parts..

its like this now..

final result..

^^ Thats good.

Well colorings = psds are used to make siggies look beautiful.

For textures download few from Deviantart or Google.

Then go to your photoshop and put the texture on your siggie ( which you have made of course) after that see the setting and put the settings to Lighten/Screen and if you want you can also change the opacity.
