use this:

Photoshop (download a portable version from site 4shared.com, or get the original software)

and FotoScape, it is for beginners, easy to use (free software)

Photoshop CS5 is the most advanced one ! Great for sig making!

For beginners, look into the following programs (all r free alternatives to Photoshop):

Gimp

Paint.net

Adobe Photoshop Express

Photoscape
