i have tired the pattern thing and my avis's quality quiet improved with that but still that grainy thing is there..i know that with bit dark coluring u can reduced that grainy effect but here the coluring is quiet bright and still its good

use HD videos(720p)/(1080p)
if you're not able to find HD version of your video use HD converters.
try n download .tp/.ts format videos n convert them into MP4 if you want a high end(but its rare to have all videos as .tp/.ts)

use MP4 as file type to save your video...you can later convert it into any other type(keep a video converter software in your PC)

while making a avi make it bigger than you want.
Use lighter PSD's.
After this reduce the size to what you actually wanted and apply either topaz or normal smart blur followed by smart sharpen/unsharpen mask(settings can be found on tumblr)

Try n use double PSD.
a light n a dark.
donot use very dark PSD's on light/daytime videos.
donot use heavy , over the top PSD's on avi's.
