ya check my post in first page i posted the links!!
and for cs5 u need to convert the videos to mov or mp4 format i dont know about others but i use mov format for that u need quick time player and a video convertor
i use total video convertor for that and the link for that and key is also posted in my post!!!
after this u will import that converted mov file in cs5!!

I actually convert YouTube videos into mp4 format and it was working fine for me in CS6 program but not in CS5:(
