ok answer 2 things first...on which drive is SV saved and what is its total size and free space?
like is it saved in C: or D: , whats the original size of the drive n now how much it has as free...

secondly go to "my computer" right click and select "properties" ..in "General" tab at the very last the amount of your "RAM" will be mentioned...check what it is and post all this here.

also if you're using SV 10 then there is no program update for it...it might be a software error.

but check these videos as well...maybe it can be a setting error.
