Pg 5,7,11-UPDATED-How2MakeSIG with no PSP

Hi friends!!! Many of you might know of my Shop, but you might now know that most of my sigs are made with basic computer programs like Paintbrush and PowerPoint! (Only my latest creations use a different program called PhotoImpression.)

If you don't have PSP or Adobe and would prefer not to Download or buy these programs, but would like to learn how to make SIGS/AVIS- please join me here!
