firs you need to download

free youtube downloader

this downloads the video

then download

http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-Video-to-JPG-Converter.htm

this takes the downloaded video and converts into pics or as ppl call it frames to make avis

then photoscape

then this is the editor where u take the frames and make ur avis

just go to the tab animated gifs and open ur file where u saved the frames add the frames u want add just the size and all if u need help just pm me
